Position Vacant still open: Palliative Care Bereavement and Volunteer Service Coordinator in Broken Hill

The Specialist Palliative Care Team in Broken Hill is seeking a person to fulfill the combined roles of Bereavement Coordinator and Coordinator of Community Volunteers.
The Palliative Care Bereavement Coordinator role is responsible for providing and coordinating appropriate bereavement follow up and support for carers or ‘significant others’ of patients registered with specialist Palliative Care Services within Far West Local Health District.
The Community Volunteer Coordinator role will work in collaboration with the Far West Local Health District Volunteer Manager to develop and lead the coordination of Community Specialist Palliative Care Volunteer Services, ensuring that the planning, organisation and scheduling of volunteer services supports the facilitation of quality services.
