Workshop – Self Care for Volunteers

Volunteers are vital to the palliative care community and your health and well-being is just as important as that of the community you serve.

Check out this upcoming online workshop presented by Leep – Self Care for Volunteers.  Learn about the importance of self-care and how to recognise symptoms of burnout and fatigue.

Priority for registration will go to people from the Greater Western Sydney region however everyone is welcome to register.
