Position vacant – Silver Chain Volunteer Coordinator in Western Sydney

Silver Chain are recruiting for a Volunteer Coordinator in the Western Sydney region for a new initiative within their Community Specialist Palliative Care team. Silver Chain is a large provider of community and health services in Australia. Click here for more details of the position.

With project funding from NSW Health, Western Sydney LHD and Palliative Care NSW are currently collaborating in the implementation of a Palliative Care Volunteer (inpatient and community-visiting) program.

Western Sydney LHD includes Auburn, Westmead, Blacktown, Mt Druitt and The Hills. The collaboration involves the recruitment of an additional Volunteer Coordinator to assist with the implementation-phase. Recruitment is currently underway for this position. Click here to read the earlier post.
