Help seniors to Zoom with these tips

Trying to keep volunteer services running during a pandemic has brought with it many challenges. Many services have ‘gone virtual’ and can only connect volunteers and clients using technology rather than being able to meet in person.
More than ever before people are trying to connect online. Zoom is one application that has had a meteoric rise in popularity. It has proven to be especially useful for group meetings but the less digitally literate among us can struggle to understand the basics of this platform.
