Position vacant – Transitional Nurse Practitioner Aged Care Supportive Palliative Care

Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) has an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Transitional Nurse Practitioner (TNP) with a strong interest in Supportive Palliative Care and commitment to Aged Care.  In this role you will be providing advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, care and intervention to patients and families within the scope of practice of a NP/TNP Aged Care and Supportive Palliative Care.

Employment type: permanent part time
Remuneration: $62.85 – $67.29 per hour
Hours per week: 32
Location: Lower North Shore – Royal North Shore Hospital & Ryde Hospital
