NSW Premier’s Volunteer Recognition Program nominations now open

Closes 30 September 2017. Nominations are now open for the Premier’s Volunteer Recognition Program, and NSW Volunteering encourages you to nominate your volunteers by 30 September 2017.
The award categories are:
- people with over 25 years of volunteering experience
- people with a lifetime of volunteering experience – over 40 years
- significant volunteering at any age
- newly retired people who have commenced or continued volunteering.
Some 12,500 people have already been recognised across NSW under this program, which is now in its third year.
Local Members of Parliament will present recognition certificates to volunteers of all ages in 2017, with eligible students receiving their certificate at the end of the school year.
