Are you ready to elevate your volunteer program to new levels of excellence?
Palliative Care NSW has partnered with The NSW Centre of Volunteering to offer this comprehensive workshop. Our aim is to assist volunteer programs to align with best practice in volunteer involvement. We strongly recommend Volunteer Managers attend this session even if you are not ready to implement any changes at your service just yet.
This workshop is designed for volunteer managers and will cover:
• Overview of the Standards and how they can be used
• Step-by-step implementation process to put the Standards into practice
• Change management strategies
• Support to identify benefits and challenges to various stakeholder groups
• Complete a gap analysis against the Standards
• A demonstration of and links to further resources to support the implementation journey
It is expected that attendees will be familiar with the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement, or engage in reading prior to session, as the Standards themselves will not be covered in great depth. Access the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement document here.
