Australia Post has a long history of social purpose and commitment to the community. The 2021 Community Grants Program provides grants of up to $10,000 to eligible community-led, local projects that connect communities to improve mental health and wellbeing. This is a great opportunity for volunteers and volunteers managers in palliative care to help support the growth and development of your local service.
