Online training – managing difficult conversations

Having difficult conversation is part of everyone’s life and is something we can all learn to do better. Volunteers in palliative care may find themselves in situations where the need to have difficult conversations, or address difficult topics, is part of your role. This online training session will provide some guidelines for those situations.
You will learn about:
- Introduction to restorative practice
- How to use restorative questions
- Practical tips to help you have difficult conversations
- Practical tips on ending conversations
