Advance Care Planning Australia have developed a volunteer resource package around their community education model.

This new resource package is useful for leaders of volunteers who might wish to upskill volunteer groups in advance care planning. It equips volunteers with the tools and information required to build their knowledge of advance care planning and help others in their community better understand the benefits of planning their future care.

To accompany this resource, ACPA also have templates and tools, information videos, and online learning modules available.
