Western Sydney Community Forum to discuss Palliative Care Wednesday 24th May

For National Palliative Care Week the Mt Druitt Supportive and Palliative Care Unit has organised a Community Forum with experts in the field including Dr Philip Lee, retiring Director of Supportive and Palliative Care for Western Sydney and Alex Huntir from Palliative Care NSW. All welcome!

Date:  Wednesday 24th May 2017

Time:  6pm for 6.30pm start

Where: Concept Room 1, Level 1, Novotel Rooty Hill, 33 Railway Street, Rooty Hill
