Orchard Talent is hiring a Nurse Practitioner – Palliative Care with an organisation that provides community palliative care services to keep clients within their homes.

The role will be conducting initial intake and care planning for new patients and serving as a point of escalation and triage in any serious condition changes, where the Community Nurses need advice on diagnosis or care plans.

Ideally the role will be full time, but is open to part-time profiles (no less than 3 days per week). The candidate would be a Nurse Practitioner or TNP – and ideally would have pursued this specialty as part of their NP experience, or have career experience within the Palliative Care space. The role would oversee care delivery in the North West/Hills District of Sydney.

This role is remunerated between $60-$69 per hour + superannuation + not-for-profit salary packaging benefits.
