Palliative Care Volunteers: Recruiting for Eurobodalla Service

Palliative Care Volunteers provide non-clinical, in home support such as assistance in simple tasks such as shopping, walking the dog, visiting those who are isolated, joining in loved activities or reading aloud, having a chat over a cup of tea spending time with clients to allow carers to safely run errands, do self-care and take time for themselves.
They provide ongoing support to volunteers such as:
- Training and Orientation before placement
- Regular team meetings for support, fun and friendship
