If you're interested in online training you have just a couple of weeks to jump onto the free Palliative Care Online Training website and take advantage of their high quality course.

SilverChain, the owner of the website, is advising that "The Palliative Care Online Training portal will not be available after 30 June 2017 when Australian Government funding for this program ceases. We encourage those who have registered for training to complete the course as soon as possible before 30 June".

An alternate and also free training option is available through The Centre for Palliative Care entitled Palliative Care: Getting Started. Enrolments are open and ready to start when you are.

CareSearch have a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) entitled Dying2Learn which is also free. Follow the link to express interest in enrolling in the course when it next begins.

Training is pitched at beginner practitioners in palliative care, including volunteers in palliative care or in aged care.
