A day to have compassion and listen, have courage and talk and to shed a positive light on mental health!

Grief is one of the most universal yet isolating emotions. This series of events is an intriguing way to engage all members of the community to reflect and open up the discussion about grief and loss in a healthy, respectful and beautiful way on both a personal and community level.

The project aims to unite the community and remove any shame with connection to mental health and cultivate strength and hope.
