Donations for Dungog

The Dungog Shire Palliative Care Volunteers (DSPCV) service is fortunate to have the local community on their side. Recently they have received donations from not one but two local clubs.
Ronda Tyne is the Treasurer of the Dungog Historic Motor Club. For the last ten years she has been collecting the ring pulls from aluminium cans and cashing them in. Cash raised this way goes towards purchasing equipment for Dungog Shire Palliative Care Volunteers. This time they were able to purchase two non-contact infrared thermometers.
Another community group supporting the DSPCV is the Paterson Allyn Garden Group. They are working hard collecting donations via morning teas and plant sales with the aim to purchase a $4750 portable oxygen concentrator. This oxygen machine will assist patients to be more mobile on outings and visits for medical appointments. So far they have raised $2500 towards it and are still collecting donations over the year.
Want to help? Send your collected ring pulls to Ronda Tyne at 24 Moors St Dungog 2420.
