NSW Advance Care Planning Seminar

Do you already understand the basics of advance care planning and now want to take your skills to the next level?

Advance Care Planning Australia, the Advance Project and HammondCare are presenting a one-day seminar run by recognised leaders in the field. Presentations rely on evidence-based models and relay research data and inplementation strategies.

Topics include advance care planning across sectors, legal considerations and local initiatives. It is recommended for professionals leading and implementing advance care planning in health services, residential aged care and primary care.

Where: ICC Sydney

Date: Friday, 8 May 2020, 9:00am – 4:30pm

Cost: Early bird $50. Regular ticket $55 (including GST).

Catering: Included in the ticket price.
