Messages from the heart

Volunteers at Clare Holland House in the ACT have been busy putting pen to paper remembering those who have passed.

Palliative Care ACT have been running their bereavement card program for the last twenty years. Volunteers acknowledge anniversaries of those who have past and hand write messages of sympathy to families who have lost loved ones.

Volunteer Jenny says being a part of the program is a huge privilege and a joy.

‘We know how meaningful it is for people that their loved one has been remembered,’ says volunteer Denise.
