The Multicultural Communities Council of Illawarra is making it easy for you to better serve your Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) clients.
Their new CALDWays series provides four short online courses designed to educate you on culturally inclusive service delivery.
These courses are available online and free.
🌏 Discover Culture: Have you ever wondered, “What is culture?” Dive into this eye-opening topic and gain insights into the diverse cultures around us and how culture impacts us every day.
🤝 Effective Communication: Learn the art of cross-cultural communication. Break down barriers, foster understanding, and build meaningful connections with your clients.
🌈 Embrace Diversity: Explore “Diversity and Inclusion in Aged Care” and discover how celebrating differences can enhance outcomes and contribute to person-centered care.
🕒 Flexible and Free: Each course can be completed in your own time and is 100% free!
🧠 Interactive and Fun: Quizzes and games will test what you have learned along the way and you can retake them as many times as you like.
