Presented by Palliative Care NSW Volunteer Support Service Programme and delivered by Mirna Tarabay, the session, once again, proved popular amongst volunteers and managers alike.

Some comments on the day included; “It is a refresher in things that we take for granted. and it is good to role-play, and I like that the day was interactive.” ; “I like the presenter facilitating and the discussion amongst all participants after establishing the topic.”
